Shortly after taking the jump into full time ministry in 1993, my wife and I were in Clarksburg, WV where I was invited to lead worship at a youth rally. Before the 1st service we were introduced to Tim Bias, the keynote speaker. Tim was a quiet man (quiet people make me very nervous).

The service went great, however, very little was said between us and Tim. Christy and I went back to our hotel room and couldn't really get a heartbeat on our connection with Tim, so we came to the conclusion (totally due to our inferiority complex) that Tim didn't care for us much, and justifiably so because I didn't have a clue what I was doing.

The next evening we were absolutely blown away when Tim Bias came to us with tears in his eyes telling us how much he appreciated us for the sacrifices we were making as well as seeing a demonstration of the spirits power. "What do you mean?" I asked (knowing I was flying by the seat if my pants and having the time of my life doing it.).

The words he shared with us absolutely gave me vision for the ministry that I am entrusted with today. He said "Keith, it's like your driving a bus, making several stops, one person gets on at the Comedy stuff; one gets on at take me out to the ballgame when you play it on the organ with your guitar synth. One gets on at Jesus Loves Me, one at Amazing Grace; some choose not to get on. But once you have everyone on the bus you take them straight to Jesus." Wow, to this day on and off stage, I am often reminded of these words, as well as Paul's words - 1st Cor.9:19-23 Vs.22
I have become all things to all people so that by all means possible I might save some.

Drivers wanted.
